Insurance undertaking Generali Italia S.p.A., with its registered office at Via Marocchesa 14, 310 21 Mogliano Veneto (Treviso), Italy (“Generali Italia”), hereby gives notice that it has reached an agreement with insurance undertaking Societa Cattolica di Assicurazione – Societa Cooperativa, with its registered office at Lungadige Cangrande 16, 37126 Verona, Italy (“Cattolica”), concerning the transfer part of the insurance portfolio from Cattolica to Generali Italia (the “Portfolio Transfer”).
